The state-of-the-art medical center comprises four operating theatres, examination and treatment rooms for preoperative preparation and postoperative monitoring, as well as staff rooms, storage facilities, and a sterilization unit. High-quality single and double rooms are available for short-stay procedures.

Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the proper preparation and follow-up of surgical procedures, assisting in operations, and ensuring smooth organizational processes both front and back of house. Additionally, you will provide postoperative care to patients and contribute to maintaining high hygiene standards with your expertise. You will also assist in ensuring process quality and be responsible for documenting performance data and medically relevant information.

Your profile:
You have completed training as a specialist healthcare and nursing professional or as an operating room technician (m/f/d). You are reliable and capable of working independently. You are willing to collaborate in an interprofessional and interdisciplinary team, demonstrating understanding and empathy for patients' situations and their needs. You are open to innovative surgical procedures and committed to continuous learning. Strong communication skills and a high level of cooperation are among your strengths. You are proactive in optimizing work structures and processes. You have experience in both inpatient and/or outpatient medical care and are open to learning new things.
