The state-of-the-art medical center comprises four operating theatres, examination and treatment rooms for preoperative preparation and postoperative monitoring, as well as staff rooms, storage facilities, and a sterilization unit. Your Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in patient management and assume responsibility for administrative organization and documentation of ward procedures and patient management. You will provide support in diagnostic and therapeutic measures and enrich work processes through your assistance. Handling billing is also part of your varied range of tasks.
Your Profile:
You are a trained medical assistant ("Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r") and enjoy organizational tasks in a flexible field of activity. You work independently and systematically, possess communication skills, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations. You have several years of experience as a medical assistant and ideally have experience in outpatient surgeries. Additional qualifications in "ambulatory surgery" are desirable. You have very good German and English language skills both written and spoken. Additional language skills are advantageous and complement your communicative profile.
