Gateway Clinics (GC) is an independently operated outpatient and short-stay surgical center located in Frankfurt am Main. Situated in the Gateway Gardens, this location boasts an optimal infrastructure with international connectivity, making it ideally suited to act as a center of excellence in medicine. Through synergistic collaboration with other medical service providers at the location, unparalleled medical offerings can be created. Independently structured yet cooperative, the individual healthcare providers together establish optimal medical care for individuals with a holistic approach to their health.

The state-of-the-art medical center comprises four operating theatres, examination and treatment rooms for preoperative preparation and postoperative monitoring, as well as staff rooms, storage facilities, and a sterilization unit. High-quality single and double rooms are available for short-stay procedures.

Your Responsibilities:

Your tasks include planning, organizing, and coordinating station workflows. You will also be responsible for designing and further developing interdisciplinary work organization and implementing modern nursing organizational concepts.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care in accordance with legal, economic, and quality-related aspects. You will handle staff deployment planning and personnel management while considering area requirements and legal, collective bargaining, and operational provisions. Cooperative teamwork, interface management, as well as patient-related activities on the ward, complete your task profile.

Your Profile:

You are a registered nurse (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in inpatient settings. You are creative, capable of handling conflicts, assertive, humorous, and extremely team-oriented. You enjoy taking a leading role and communicate tasks to be completed clearly and friendly to your team colleagues. Moreover, you have excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing. Additional language skills and completion of a ward management course are advantageous and greatly enrich your daily work.
